The Raccoon Tree has been a place to visit on our walks for about 10 years now. Every winter we would walk in the woods and the dogs would indicate to us whether or not there was 'life' in this tree. This winter Jon and I took a walk about a week ago and this is what we found.... Finally the hollowed out tree took a tumble from the strong winter winds we've been experiencing for the past couple of weeks now.
