Anyone who has been following Lily's Happy Friday photos on FB English Shepherd Society Group has seen almost every Friday night with her poised up on my husbands lap either in front of a fire, on the recliner or the kitchen chair. This Friday is going to be much different!
Well what a past 24 hours this has been!
Lily started labour Wednesday morning, and by Wednesday night puppies were popping! As first time mother, Lily has been somewhat protective of her group as she could usually be found 'hugging' the group to not only keep them warm, but to stop us from picking them up!
It looks something like this....
There are 7 pups in the litter, 4 males and 3 females, all shaded sables.
So without further ado...... here is Lily's pups... see if anyone can guess our
litter theme this year.
